Exit

Shortly after Leadfoot broke up, I was at a party with mutual friends and met George Short, a drummer. I also had asked around some local music shops if there were any guitarists looking for a band, and one name came up. His name was Jay Imus.

Eventually the three of us started practicing in George's garage. I had already picked up the bass, so we were going to be a three-piece band called Zyracon, based on an acrostic poem I wrote. I sang the lead vocals.

This time around we did nothing but originals. I wrote all the lyrics, and some of the music. Jay wrote the rest. At some point we permanently changed our band name to Exit.

We played some parties, but never played any clubs.

The band eventually broke up, and I honestly can't remember why, except George Short and I ended up in our next band together, called Blackstone.
