I don't care what side of what fence you think you reside on.
Every one of you possesses your own internalized version of God. Some of you believe in the Hebrew God of Abraham. Some of you believe in the Islamic God of Muhammad. Some of you believe in the Rainbow non-God of Secularity. It really doesn't matter what you tell yourselves about where you reside with the Lord, or whether He even exists. The oldest recorded accounts of interactions between Man and the Lord are the Hebrew scriptures. This is confirmed by the existence of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Clearly Hammurabi failed the Lord, otherwise we would be reading his books instead of the five books of Moses and the rest of the Hebrew writings. Later, the appearance of Jesus of Nazareth fulfilled all the messianic prophecies in the Hebrew scriptures, and the Lord's incredibly merciful plan for Mankind fell more into the understanding of all human beings, thanks to the addition of the Greek scriptures. However, if you'd prefer the latest, most personally comfortable flavor of God via everyone from Muhammad to John Smith to Ru Paul, no one's going to stop you. Certainly the Lord Himself will not stop you, because you are not a robot, and you were created with the amazing gift of being able to make your own moral decisions because you were made in God's image. Just keep in mind that everything that came after the original Hebrew scriptures (and the fulfillment of Hebrew prophecies in the Greek scriptures) is designed to distract you from the truth about God's relationship with Man, and these distractions are nothing more than a way to take your eyes off the actual Lord and King of the Universe. Why would anyone want to do such a thing? The answer is in the Hebrew and Greek scriptures as well. Will you endeavor to find out for yourself what that answer is? For most of you, the answer is no. And it's for those particular individuals I am writing this essay. There are many ways I could elucidate for you why you are going to burn like dry grass in a fiery furnace on the great and dreadful Day of the Lord, when every last human being who was ever conceived will be resurrected to either praise from the Lord or damnation. However, for the sake of brevity I will use only one example. Imagine two couples. For both couples the man and the woman have had sex and the woman has become pregnant. Couple number one: they are very happy about the pregnancy and are looking forward to having the child and raising it. Couple number two: they are very upset and neither wants to be a parent, and would prefer to have an abortion. For both couples, the children they just conceived are structured the same physically at every stage of their development. Couple number one: at even the earliest stages, they know the life that now resides in the woman's womb is going to be a living, feeling, one-of-a-kind child. Couple number two: at even the latest stages, they see the living, feeling, one-of-a-kind child as nothing more than a clump of cells that is easily dispatched by a scalpel and a vacuum. Again, for both couples, the children they just conceived are structured the same physically at every stage of their development. So listen up all you judgemental, virtue-signaling, higher-moral-ground, right-side-of-history alleged arbiters of God's truth: If it's convenient for you, the baby is a beautiful baby, but if it's not convenient for you, the baby is an ignominious clump of cells. Never mind they are exactly the same living fetuses regardless of your opinion. This is why you choose to re-frame the issue by screaming about imaginary rights to one's body, when in fact if you have actually had sexual intercourse with a man, you had known from the start the possibility of pregnancy, and the life you just created together is NOT your body, it's a separate, new life WITHIN your body that both of you are now responsible for creating. Stop pretending that anyone is trying to control your body. No one else wants to control your body. You yourself want to pretend you're a champion of bodily autonomy, and you think that by "standing up for freedom" you will magically free yourself of the guilt you should experience for murdering the most innocent of lives. Instead of taking responsibility for your actions and respecting the life you helped create which is a literal gift from the Creator of the Universe, you exercise your non-existent "Constitutional right" to have that gift of life violently ripped from your womb in a deliberate action designed to end the life you tell yourself isn't actually a human being. Even if you use a pill to kill the fetus instead of a surgical scalpel, you're still intentionally killing an innocent life that would have loved you and given your selfish life greater meaning. No matter how you politically, culturally or religiously spin it, you are committing intentional murder. This is why you will burn when the angels pluck you from the vast crowd of humanity and toss you into the Lake of Fire: You love to tell yourself that there are other, more convenient rules to the universe instead of the ones that the Lord Himself, the Creator of the Universe, set forth for His creation from the beginning and gave to the Hebrews to record for all time. How dare I presume to judge your actions? How dare you pretend you aren't committing murder, regardless of the sexual circumstances surrounding your pregnancy, which statistically are 99% consensual, non-incestuous and not life-threatening to the mother. In real-life numbers, this amounts to SIXTY MILLION (60,000,000) completely innocent children murdered in the United States for personal convenience since Roe v Wade. If you think only "wanted" children are human beings, you are no better than the political leaders who sent millions of human beings to tragic, untimely deaths during World War II for allegedly being inconsequential as well. And one last thought: Even for our most merciful Father in Heaven, who gives us innumerable gifts every day, there will come a time when the grace period ends. Do you really want to be on the wrong side of that moment when at any time during your entire life you could have humbled yourself before your creator with simple honest repentance and accepted the absolutely free gift of forgiveness He has offered all humanity for millennia? |
